2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed on the next business day after payment confirmation.
  • During promotions, new collection launches or high-demand seasons, processing time may extend to 2 to 4 business days.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

International shipping: We ship to selected countries using trusted courier services such as FedEx, DHL or other available carriers depending on the destination.

  • Estimated delivery time is usually 3 to 6 business days after shipment.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier operation, customs processing, holidays, remote areas or unexpected delays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

4. Service Availability

If our available carriers do not provide service to a specific destination, address or delivery zone, we will contact you before shipping the order.

In that case, we may agree on an alternative delivery location or cancel the order if you prefer. If the order is canceled because courier service is not available for the delivery address, we will process the corresponding refund according to the payment method used at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions to track your package.

Please make sure your email address and shipping information are correct before completing your order.

6. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, any associated reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment when possible.
  • The customer must cover the reshipping cost before the order can be sent again, unless the return was caused by an error from Gigo Underwear & MensWear.

7. Taxes, Customs Duties and USA Reciprocal Duty

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees or local charges depending on the destination country.

These charges, when applicable, are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer, unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout or in this policy.

For orders shipped to the United States, if a reciprocal duty applies, Gigo Underwear & MensWear covers this reciprocal duty so the customer does not have to pay that specific charge separately.

For destinations outside the United States, import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees or local fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total order cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

8. Holidays

Please note that no shipments are processed on holidays. Carrier delivery schedules may also be affected by local or international holidays.
